Because of differences in the print size you choose and a photo’s shape (set in your camera), you may find that important parts of some photos will be cropped. Since we print and crop prints exactly as shown on the print builder screen, you should review each photo to ensure each one fits the selected print size. To check cropping please open your print project and check each photo to ensure nothing important will be cropped. To fix individual prints, try these options:
- Select a different size to find one that includes the cropped area
Note: on snapfish.com, a BEST FIT flag appears next to sizes that have little or no cropping. This feature not yet available in UK, IE, AU, or NZ.
- Click the photo and when the cropping lines show, drag the photo to a position where important parts are not cropped, and click DONE EDITING.
