How do I get my order sent to my local Boots store?
When placing your order on Boots Photo, you will be prompted to proceed to check out.
While in cart, please choose the "in-store pick up" option if you wish to collect from a Boots Store. Then please follow the steps below.
First select the Standard Collection service.
Standard Collection orders are produced in our labs and sent to the local Boots stores for collection. You will see the estimated delivery time in cart, in your order confirmation email and in the shipping notification email.
Next you will be prompted to enter your post code and a list of your local Boots Stores will appear. Please select the store where you wish to collect your order from.
Finally, you will be taken back to the Cart page where you can double check the store pick-up information and estimated delivery date, and if you are happy with all details you can proceed placing your order.
How much does in-store collection cost?

When can I collect my order?
Simply go to your chosen store on the estimated collection date.
Tip: We recommend you to call your local store to confirm that your order is ready before proceeding to collection.
Can I cancel my order or change the delivery/collection method?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 1 hour after it has been placed. Please see How to cancel an order for more information.
