Depending on the shipping/collection method chosen (Delivery or Pick up In Store), you will see the estimated delivery time while placing your order in Cart.
There will also be an estimated delivery date information in your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, we will send you an email message letting you know that we have shipped it and when to expect it.
Tip: If you have chosen Pick up In Store collection service, we recommend you to call your local store to confirm that your order is ready, before proceeding to collection. Please note that we're currently not accepting any more orders for Standard collect. Home delivery is the only shipping method available for new orders.

Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total number of business days we estimate to make then deliver your order. The items you create are one of a kind, not something we pull off a shelf, so please allow us a few business days to make them before shipping your order. Delays may occur and delivery may take longer, especially during the holiday season or due to weather.
Please note that the Estimated Delivery Date for mail orders is based on a range of possible delivery dates. While we aim to produce and ship your order as soon as possible, the delivery may be expected on any of the dates shown within this range.
If you select Tracked Shipping, you can track your package from our fulfilment facility to your door. You’ll receive notification from us when your package is out for delivery and once it’s delivered to your home.
